 The Gardens sits on an acre and a half of land which was an avocado grove, and the building has four main living areas. Two areas, downstairs and upstairs, are for staff. The Guest Wing is at the rear of the property and Ranch House is at the front.

The Guest Wing provides a comforting atmosphere for those needing assistance or special oversight. It has a secured perimeter where guests may stroll or sit outside. This Wing consists of living/dining room with fireplace and vaulted ceiling with skylights. There are 6 bedrooms.
  • Double occupancy rates begin at $3,400 a month per person.
  • Single rates range from $3,900 to $5,000 per month.
  • These spacious rooms have their own bathroom or a half bath.
  • A large walk-in shower room is available for all guests.

Ranch House Wing
This property’s original little Ranch House consists of two bedrooms, bath, living room with beamed ceiling and wood-burning fireplace. You’ll have the coziness and comforts of home, including the ability to prepare light meals or snacks in the "kitchen in a closet." From the living room and veranda you’ll see The Gardens’ fountains and the ocean.
 

The charming village of Carlsbad and the beach are only five minutes away. Other points of interest in Sourthern California are easily reached from this location.

Long-term carefree residency. The Ranch House is most suitable for two single ladies not needing assistance. The charge of $2,900 per month per person, includes all meals, laundry and housekeeping.

Short-term visiting. The Ranch House can accommodate up to four people. Daily rates: $95 for one person, $120 for 2, $150 for 3, and $200 for 4. Meals are not included.
