Pricings
 The Gardens, a gated home, sits on an acre and a half of land which was an avocado grove, and the building has four main living areas. To the rear of the property is the spacious Guest Wing, where Guests may sit or stroll as it has a secured perimeter. The two front living areas downstairs are for Staff. The upper wing area of this home is a rental apartment.

The Guest Wing provides a comforting atmosphere for those needing assistance or special oversight. It has a secured perimeter where guests may stroll or sit outside. This Wing consists of living/dining room with fireplace and vaulted ceiling with skylights. There are 6 bedrooms.
  • Double occupancy rates begin at $3,400 a month per person.
  • Single rates range from $3,900 to $5,000 per month.
  • These spacious rooms have their own bathroom or a half bath.
  • A large walk-in shower room is available for all guests.

PLEASE NOTE: Charges may vary according to additional needs of guests.

Visitors to this area will find many points of interest and transit possibilities such as:

  • The San Diego Airport and local train stations
  • Coastline beaches and piers
  • Sea World
  • The Wild Animal Park
  • Legoland
  • The Carlsbad Flower Fields.

Further up the coast is Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and other attractions. There are Presidential Libraries in Southern California as well as the Getty Museum. Please call for more information: 760-729-1411.

Local accommodations are available but if you are also visiting up the coast you may consider staying at The Willows just 45 mins. north of us. This is a residential community for senior Christian Scientists which also has for rent guest villas by the day, week or month for those of any age or religious affiliation.
